The Assessment

Want to know your Sexual Integration Score? Take the Sexual Integration Method Sexual Assessment Questionnaire

The SIM Assessment is based on the various iterations of the original Discover Your PEM Sex-Research Survey. The PEM survey was used to gather data and insight for publishing my peer-reviewed journal projects. Over 10,000 people took the PEM survey.

Many found it a very helpful tool to discover more about the depths of their erotic pleasure and sexual fantasies, as well as examine the internal conflicts that may have resisted their fullest honest expression.

Now the original PEM Survey has been reconfigured and reintroduced as the FREE…

Sexual Integration Method Sexual Assessment Tool (SIMSAT).

The SIMSAT shifts emphasis from research to a personal assessment tool for sexual self-discovery, empowerment, and resolution of deep internalized conflicts.

It offers a structured but flexible, personalized format to help you assess where you are currently in your sexual journey, better understand where you want to be, and create a path to get there, step by step.

The assessment includes examination and discovery of the depths of erotic pleasure natural to you, examining developmental and sexual history, as well as identifying internal conflicts around your sexuality that may have disempowered your authentic sexual expression.

In order to integrate your authentic sexuality into your everyday life in a way that is in integrity with your values, agreements, responsibilities and relationships, it is also necessary to examine and address all the internalized conflicts that get in the way. This includes the fears, shames, traumas and harsh, internalized, moral judgments about your sexuality, embedded since childhood, that still inhibit or resist your honest, ecstatic sexual expression.

PLEASE NOTE: This SIMSAT includes pertinent, but also very personal questions about sexual desire and history, including a few general questions about any history of sexual mistreatment that may have occurred in one’s past. Please proceed or not as it is right for you at this time.

The Sexual Integration Method offers this FREE personal assessment tool to help you look deeper into the nature of your sexual desires, their history and how internalized fear, shame, sex-negative beliefs or trauma may still resist your authentic sexual expression.

The SIMSAT was shaped from my academic sex research insights, gathered from over 10, 000 participants overall of the Personal Erotic Myth Survey plus my 20+ years working with clients on their sexual concerns.

The SIMSAT offers you a structured but flexible, personalized format to help you assess where you are currently in your sexual journey. It is designed to help you better understand what you want …and don’t want, and create an intentional pathway to get there, step by step.

Once completed we’ll perform an AI supported meta analysis of your responses and provide your current Sexual Integration Score. The overall SI score is derived from combining two other scores derived from your answers – your Sexual Authenticity Score and Sexual Authenticity Incongruence Score.

The Research

Background of the PEM

The Personal Erotic Myth (PEM) is a theoretical model developed from over 20 years of clinical experience and peer-reviewed sex research. The original PEM survey was taken by over 10,000 people and used to gather data on sexual fantasy, authenticity, and the impacts of shame, fear and trauma.

The SIMSAT is built on that foundation, refined and reintroduced as a personal assessment tool for sexual self-discovery and integration.
